Chitrika is a social enterprise engaged in incubating craft enterprises. It was started in 2005 to promote self-managed and sustainable craft enterprises through its direct outreach work. Through its indirect outreach, Chitrika consults with organizations across India on crafts and collectives. In the next 5 years, Chitrika aims to reposition artisan at the core of the value-chain through collectives, technology, techno-managerial skills and making craft/handlooms, which can be owned by common people. Chitrika’s primary focus has been weavers in the last many years. Currently, Chitrika works with three producer companies in Srikakulam, East Godavari, and Narayanpet engaging intensively with 500 weavers. Marketing Manager

Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Rs.3.6 Lakhs to Rs.4.8 Lakhs based on the experience

Requirements
 Management degree
 Willingness to travel atleast 10 days in a month
 Ability to manage excel sheets
 Willingness to handle the new channel development

Responsibilities
 Implementation of the marketing strategy
 Responsible for the sales in respective channels
 Manage and nurture the marketing team
 Develop marketing team for the producer companies
 Ability to work with craft-persons in project implementation
