Structured around the appreciative inquiry model, TII will be a one of its kind programme
that will enable seekers to discover, dream, design and develop their own enterprises,
even as they are working with the founders towards accelerating existing enterprises.

The seekers will be guided through a self-directed learning process:

E-learning modules that can be completed at the seeker's pace and interest
Placement with enterprises that are aligned to the seeker's interest and skills.
Pairing with mentors who are aligned to the seeker's interests, skills and passion

The unique practice-oriented programme will help seekers identify and follow their own path, within the framework of enterprise development.
