ALC India prepared a business plan for JWCT through the CLRC capacity programme.

Project Description

Jeevandhara Women’s Community Trust (JWCT) has been working for overall development of the primary stakeholders in Kalahandi district. Its stakeholders are primarily dalits and tribals, rural artisans, small and marginal farmers. JWCT has also conducted different capacity building programmes.
ALC India had prepared a business plan for CLRC, to create outcomes for a total of 20,850 beneficiaries. The plan included extensive training on agriculture, horticulture, livestock, SHG management, women’s rights and government schemes.
The business plan was strategically developed based on the requirements of finance, marketing, HR, institution development, risk management and monitoring and evaluation.
